Just switched from Sony A7Siii to the EOS R3.
Was shooting the R3 with the 70-200 RF for some client work...
Had 2 people tell me "beautiful camera" today.
Never got such complements with my Sony.
Wondering if this is a regular thing?
Maybe I should keep my R3 out on display during client meetings as a marketing tactic then lol.

People say it quite often. 😂
It happened to me at the end of last year. I took my nephew to a pumpkin patch during Halloween. When we arrived to the farm, a girl ran up to our group and offered to take photos. I was walking in last and she said oh, that's a really nice camera, much better than my Nikon. I told her to smile and took her picture. You'll never go wrong shooting with Canon.

I also notice it with Leica as well. Actually happens too much.
