Hello there, I've recently started taking more pictures with my new R6mk2, I did alter some settings when I first got the camera and then ended up wiping everything and started again. I've used the camera today and when I change the dial from M mode to Av mode, a cartoon graphic appears on the screen and/or viewfinder. I could have sworn I found a way of switching this off before I wiped all the settings but I can't seem to find how I did it, or even if it's possible, maybe you can't switch it off. Does anyone know if it's possible and if so, how? TIA.

In the Wrench (yellow) menu, Item 2, disable "Mode guide". That should do it 🙂

Thank you Sir! That's it, I can't believe I didn't spot it before. Have a great day and let me leave you with a joke...A man went to the Doctors and complained he was feeling like a bell. The Doctor told him to go home, lie down in bed for a couple of days and if he wasn't feeling any better, to give him a ring.
