Getting Camera to Stay On Screen When Recording?

When shooting video on my Canon M50, it will keep recording but randomly go back to the screen with all the little settings on it (pictured below).

How do I get it to stay on the screen that shows what I'm recording?

You might try unfolding the display, and facing it towards the rear, or flipping it forward towards the subject.
