Frames per second when using EF lens and adapter on my R6 Mark II

Pretty happy with the speed and fps on my R6 camera and the 24-70 RF lens I bought.  Tonight, I thought I would play around with my 24-105 EF lens and the adapter.  The fps seems very noticeably slower with this set up using the exact settings I was using with the RF lens.  Electronic 1st shutter and H+ for the drive setting.  Is this normal, or am I setting something wrong.  Thanks!

Not all EF lenses support 12 fps.

Yea, I get it.  And I'm new to the mirrorless world.  I was just comparing what I feel like I used to get using this lens on my regular DSLR and now on the mirrorless.  I have to experiment a little more.  Thanks!

I believe you need to use the electronic shutter to achieve the fastest frame rates.

Also, not all EF lenses are capable of refocusing at 10-20 fps.
