Filming

Whenever I film, the camera will freeze. Is there a fix to it?

What camera, how long does it work before freezing? Do you get an error message?

I use the Canon T6i and I think around 7 minutes or so, but it's random. No error, it just freezes, so I have to take the batteries out and then turn it back on.

There is something wrong, call Canon and try to send it back if it is in warranty.

Sometimes it makes a shutter noise and it will stop filming or freeze. Is it because I messed around with the options on the camera or is there something wrong with the camera itself?

Do you have a compatible memory card?  

Did you format the card in the camera prior to first use?

You can try to reset the camera, but if you call Canon they will walk you through all this to see what exactly is wrong.
