Err 20-Err 40 when ever I attach a lens on my 600d

Hello, I have this issue with my canon 600D where it displays a error (error 20 and sometimes error 40) when ever I attach a lens. There's also a time where the lens would work (like AF), but whenever you press to take a picture it will display the error (err 20-err 40), the camera works fine whenever there's no lens or even with a lens with the contacts covered.

3.. I've tried using a new lens and a old lens, but unfortunately it displays the same error.

Sounds like your 16-year-old camera has reached the end of its life.  The cost for inspection or repair would likely exceed the cost to replace your body.  A used replacement or upgrade Is the direction I suggest you go in.
