I am trying to update my eos utility to run on osx 10.9.4 and have downloaded the latest updater for T3i from the dowloads page because I am getting the "Cannot be used on this version of the operating system" message, but when I mount the disk image for the updater and try to open it it just tells me that it is extracting files and then nothing happens. Is there a different updater for 10.9.4 or am I doing something stupid?
