I got a new router nothing worked so I reset network setting and all that happens with Canon Camera Connect app as it says turn off the LCD screen I don’t know what that means. That means it cut me off and once I turn off the screen, nothing happens you turned on and your back to the same thing again for some reason it says there’s nothing on the camera, but when you go and look at what is on the camera, there’s tons of photos on the camera. I don’t know what to do. I do my work through my Wi-Fi and through the camera a lot of the time and now I’m pretty much stuck at the moment if anybody can help me, I’ll be very grateful.

Kate,
What do you want to do with the Canon Connect app?
Do you want to shoot photos using a phone or tablet? Or do you want to use it to download photos that you have already taken?

What error message are you getting?
You can use a card reader or USB cable to get the images off for temporaries. (Your computer might already have a card reader)
