EOS T5i USB Driver

Hi!, I having a issue with camera connection to PC. The problem start when I trying to check my shutter count with a program called 'FreeShutterCount' They asked me to install LibUSB driver when I install that I cannot connect to EOS Utility or another program if it possible to fix this? Remove that free software from computer and do not try to use it again. You may have uninstall and reinstall all Canon apps.
