EOS Rebel image filename

I have an EOS Rebel xsi with photo filename of CR2. How do I convert CR2 files into jpg files?

You can use the free software that Canon provides with the camera - Canon Digital Photo Professional.

Or any number of other software products - Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Apple Photo, etc.

Or you can set your camera to save images as JPEG (see the manual.)
