Weekends don't count. I've read about 2 weeks which includes shipping both ways.

I recommend that you contact Canon for lead times. It is getting to be the holiday season, which means increased volume for both carriers and Canon Service Centers.

With my CPS I have had it form my front door to Canon USA and back to my front door in as little as four days. Sending in for regular, non CPS, service it will depend on work load. I think two weeks is a good ballpark figure.
EOS 1D, EOS 1D MK IIn, EOS 1D MK III, EOS 1Ds MK III, EOS 1D MK IV and EOS 1DX and many lenses.
