How the focus screen should be positioning inside camera? There is a different side latches  - one rectangular on the other side trapezoidal, looking from up side down (left side is "Rebel T7" mark at the body) hot to put focus screen inside?

A Fresnel lens is a refractive optical device, not diffractive. Both Canon's DO elements and Nikon PF elements are diffractive optical devices, not refractive. And yes the lens elements DO are made if glass often fluoride but for sure the focusing screen in Rebel T7 is Fresnel polycarbonate material

Canon calls it Diffractive Optics or (DO) and only few lenses use them.

From the other hand, what kind of mirrorless Canon you will propose to buy? Probably a used one  price range up to 500$

None. A body alone costs $480. Then if you want to adapt your older lenses there will be compatibility limitations. Then the Canon brand EF-RF Mount adapter is about $100 last time I looked. 3rd Party Mount adapters are nothing but trouble and don’t bother with them. Unless you look into a refurbished camera.

Means tha the budged have to be up ap 700$ What body in this price range (including adaptor EF-RF)

What lenses do you currently have. Modern RF-S lenses great outperform their consumer grade EF & EF-S lens counterparts. Also most older EF and EF-S lack full compatibility will the highly advanced AF Systems found in the EOS R series camera lineup. Please list the FULL and COMPLETE names of ALL lenses. Saying "Canon EF-S 18-55mm" IS NOT a Complete name. Canon has released 9 different versions of that lens. I left example pictures of lenses below to help you identify your lens' names.

EF-S 55-250 mm f/4-5.6 IS STM,  nifty-fifty and original kit lens 18-55 (mainly use first two only)

Which 50mm, 18-55mm lens please provide the FULL NAME. Those lenses have multiple different versions especially the 18-55mm which has 9 different versions. Full Names are critical because this tells us what lenses will be fully compatible with your new camera. So please post the FULL NAME some lenses have multiple different versions. The basic EF-RF Mount adapter is now $130 instead of $100. Canon has multiple different EF-RF Mount adapters.

You have 2 choices the EOS R100 or the EOS R50. The EOS R50 is a higher end camera compared the EOS R100 or your current EOS Rebel T7. The EOS R100 actually replaces the EOS Rebel T7 which you currently own. There are some external speedlite/ flash compatibility considerations. The EOS R100 uses the same hot shoe as your current EOS Rebel T7. This hot shoe design has been in use since 1986. Canon has phased it out in newer cameras and flashes using the older hot shoe has been phased out. The EOS R50 uses a new hot shoe called the Multi purpose/ Digital hot shoe all new external flashes use this now. This is the only body that doesn't support older Canon flashes natively and requires an adapter to use older Canon flashes. Other camera bodies such as the EOS R10 natively support both newer and older external flashes.
