Hi I have a canon t6 and when I click the auto option to take pictures it always uses the flash and I don’t know how to fix it, I used a 18-55mm lens

If you are capturing photos in low lighting scenario, like indoors, then it would use the flash. The next setting on the shooting mode dial is automatic, but with the flash disabled.

I recommend getting to know the contents of the T7 user guide, which has all of that information in it and will save you a lot of frustration and time by referring to it. Particularly, check out the camera mode dial.
