EOS Rebel T3i No audio from headphone jack

I bought a pair of OneOdio wired headphones for my Canon t3i camera. The headphones work on other devices, and the headphone jack works with my lavarlier mic, but I am not hearing any audio through the headphones when it is connected to my camera. What would the issue be?

Yes, it does.

The T3i doesn’t have a headphone jack.  It only has a 3mm mic jack
