EOS Rebel SL3 How to turn off exposure simulation

I want to turn of Exp.Sim, is there any way to turn it off on Cannon 250D / SL3?

You can use the viewfinder. 8^)

It might be easier to turn on the flash, use live view, then turn off the flash right before you take the image.
