Dear Community,
I have a few queries regarding taking photos on Av mode With Canon R8. When I try taking pics with 3 bracket my camera becomes really slow, like each pic takes aroun 8 -10 seconds to be clicked. how can I get it to click pics in fast succession. I am using Canon BR-E1 Remote.
please shed some light on this.
Thanks!

Does it function normally without the BR-E1 Remote?

No it still is slow as earlier. is this because of some internal settings or got something to do with AF mode?

The only thing I can think of is shutter speed. What is your initial shutter speed set for? Also, in that same direction, what mode are you using?
You may want to go ahead and reset the camera to factory defaults (Wrench/spanner 5 menu item) to eliminate the possibility of it being a setting. I'm not sure if changing the mode to the green A (full auto) will reveal if it is a camera setting in this case.

Are photographing anything that moves?
Disconnect the remote and try using the built in 2/10 second shutter delay timer.
