After updating the firmware, the camera does not turn on. The battery was full, it showed a successful update, it showed the OK screen, I clicked it and now it won't turn on.
Is there a solution to the problem? Can I try something myself? Thank you!

Turn off the camera. Remove any memory card, lens, or accessory. Does it turn on now?
Turn off the camera. Remove the battery. Fully press and hold the shutter for at least 10 seconds. Replace the battery. Does it turn on now?
Still no luck? You will need to contact Canon Technical Support.
