EOS R7 Quick Menu tutorial needed

Does anyone know of a video/tutorial for using the Q menu on the R&? I can't always get it to work right; and I frequently can't seem to exit it.

There are many tutorials on YouTube.  But many of them try to sell you something, so I am not posting a link to any of them.  [Posting links to third party products violates forum rules]

I recommend skipping the Jared Polin tutorial video for a few reasons.  His camera tutorials tend to be very long. He tries to sell you stuff.  He promotes his sponsors. 

He doesn’t really teach you about the camera as much as he goes through how he sets up his camera.  It’s a safe bet that he skips customizing the menu, anyway.

The Quick Menu customization is found on the RED camera menu, screen 8, in my R6ii.
