I just got my R5 back from Canon after sending it in for a repair. (The LCD screen was cracked.) The repair is fine, but now the diopter adjustment for the EVF is out of whack. When the center marks are lined up, the EVF is no longer in focus. I need to crank the dial way down to get the EVF in focus. It's a niggling irritation to be sure, but without marks to line up now I need to just estimate about where the dial should be for the sharpest focus. I hate to send the camera back again just for this little thing and be without it for another few weeks. Is there any way to fix this adjustment myself, other then sending it back in for adjustment?
(They also cleared all my carefully customized menu settings, which is a total PITA, but that's another topic.)

I would call the repair center and ask them. I would be surprised if you could fix it, but they might expedite the repair.
