Hi I would like to report a bug revolving around the preview image of the Canon EOS R5 Mark II. I've noticed that there is no image for the EOS R5 Mark II. Every single image is gone. I don't think this is a bug just for me because all of the other preview images on the other cameras work perfectly fine.

Sorry to hear about your issue.
When you say @image preview” are you saying that the images are not being saved to your memory card? I ask because “image preview” typically refers to something else, like displaying the image of a photo you just captured.
Do your other camera bodies that you referred to have dual card slots, too? Can you read image files on your memory card(s) using a card reader?
For starters, I suggest that you review your card settings. Verify which slot is being used to save photos and which slot is being used to playback photos.
