I just purchased a Canon R5. I use a Tamron 150-600 tele-zoom lens. Before purchasing the camera, I tested my lens on a new R6 at my local Best Buy, and it worked fine. My R5 will not connect to my Tamron lens. I keep getting the Err 01 message. Communication between the devices is faulty.
What can I do?
