EOS R5 + 600mm F4III + 1.4xIII have some problem

Hi All 

I found that 600mm F4III + 1.4xIII + R5 
when using AI Servo with animal AF 
the image not sharp enough . no matter how close it the object 
i been updated the lens with verision 1.1.3 

any more update of the lens ? 
anyone can help
