I really don't get it

without usb c it is perfect to take picture and view my photo

but after connecting usb c and I took picture in eos utility then there is no new saved image in sd card.

what really weird is that I take photo manually with my finger, it also don't save any image to my sd card.

can anyone guess why?

When you connect to EOS Utility have you configured it to save to camera/ perhaps it is saving the image to the computer.

You can configure the circled "button" to also save to camera.

This image is from a different thread:

It shows images being saved to both the computer and the camera.
