EOS M50 Mark II skipping A and M settings

Not sure how this happened, but when I try to change the photo settings on my Canon with the carousel it skips over two settings, the Automatic and Manual. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

It sounds like the rotary encoder switch under the mode dial is not functioning correctly. The camera will need to be sent into Canon. Get a QUOTE FIRST repair can easily exceed the cost of the camera quickly. The EOS M series has been discontinued and replaced by the EOS R series. The lenses are NOT interchangeable between the EOS M series and EOS R series.
