Hi everyone,
My name is Stella Gomez and I am facing an issue in my camera that I my captured photos when I am going to sharing with my Intel Evo laptop having issue with images that image saturation and sometimes having connecting issue right now I am using canon camera and the model no is EOS 850D . and I am using laptop. I am very confused that how I will fix this issue.
I have changed my USB cable as well but still facing same situation.
I would appreciate any help or advice on these issues.

Try resetting the camera. Can you share a sample image?

Regarding colors, are you capturing in RAW, JPEG, or RAW+JPEG? If RAW, what software are you using (e.g. Canon’s DPP, Adobe Lightroom).

Or they could be viewing an AdobeRGB tagged image in sRGB.
