EOS 70D Struggling with noise

NOISEY Sky with 70D EF 24-70mm 1:2.8 L ii USM

Love taking silhouettes and struggling to get the noise out of the sky as well as pin sharp edges with subjects. The motorcycle was going 35mph, so I was happy to capture it.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

I just looked at the image and could not find the camera settings you were using. If the motorcycle is travelling at 35mph then the frozen spokes in the wheel indicate a fast shutter speed was used. If the shutter speed is fast, and you have raised the ISO then that can make the noise more evident. Also it's possible your post processing has not handled the noise well, significant stretching of the shadows and highlights can make noise much more obvious.

Without some more information on the settings, and the post processing it's hard to make a comment. If you have a RAW file or the JPG straight from the camera that you can share that would be a big help.
