just got a 1DX and my aperture will not go below 4. Is there anyway to fix this?

What lens?
Some lenses can only go down to f/4.5 or so.

There is a custom function to restrict the Aperture range that may be coming into play:

This was it…I was so sad for a second. Have the 24-70mm f4…so there you have it! I will be able to go lower with my 50mm and 85mm for sure. Thank you for the prompt response!
