Hi

I got a strange problem with transfering images thru eos utility.

Yesterday i connect the camera via wifi to eos connect utility and everything went fine and i downloaded all my images.

Today i do the same thing but from the moment i select my images and i press download the screen turns off and i can't turn it back on and the transfer fails and even after the fail i can't turn the camera back on. i have to actually turn it off and on.

ayone has any experience with this

I’m having the same issue. I’ve been able to successfully import hundreds of pictures to my phone using the wifi connection through the Canon app, but randomly last night it started disconnecting and failing to import images. the screen would be black but backlit, even when i turned it off. I tried turning the camera off and on, and it just freezes. The only fix is removing the battery & waiting.

I fought with this for a couple hours and was able to get all but three pictures imported, every time i’ve tried any of these three, it’s crashed. Any help would be awesome.

I also have same problem. I though it was memory card failure but it's not. Then I realized that if you transfer RAW file, it works normally. Just happen to JPEG file. Assuming this is software problem...

same for me, have you solved it?

I think I found the reason! It may come from Canon Connect Apps. I deleted the app then reinstalled. Can transfer photo normally now
