Hi!
All Canon RP always make not sharpest photos as it can, especially with face detection. R6 and R5 make much sharper pics. Many youtubers says that. I tried many recommendations, but nothing to work.
But I found how to make RP be always sharp, especially at long distances. If I use focus bracketing with two shots and smallest step ― the second photo has same good result as R6, R5, and R6mkii.
I don't know why it works, but can you report this issue to developers. Maybe them will make new firmware? I use RF lenses and I'm sad that I have to use bracketing if I wanna get sharpest pictures on this body (((
