Turn IBIS/IS off.  You seem to be using a tripod and your focus point is in the distance.

Let me put it this way.  What is your subject?  What should the camera focus on so that it can stabilize the image?

Thank you for your answer. This is an overall plan, made by hand, without a tripod. The focus is almost at infinity. Look at the image that I zoomed in FCP to see the oscillation movement to the right and left of the image. It's really annoying and I can't find any solution...

I just provided you with the answer.  Have you tried to answer the questions?  Or at least think them through?

What is the camera AF system supposed to be locked onto?  As near as I can tell, nothing.

What are your AF settings?

Which AF points are selected to be active?

Which AF tracking mode/feature are you using?  Hopefully, none.
