Dmcd3055
Enthusiast

I have been having a situation while having fully charged batteries  in the CF-R20EP with cooling fan that the camera shuts down says the batteries need to be charged or replaced. I turn the camera off pull the batteries and reinsert them and the camera then functions. can happen a couple of times in a row. The fan is turned off as the temps have been in the low 30s and 40s,

Is any one else experiencing this issue

TIA

Don

Greetings,

Suggestions for use.  Mount the grip empty.  Load Canon LP-E6P batteries after it's installed.

Do you checked the battery charge periodically.  I assume that you are using the LP-E6P batteries. Did you buy them from Canon?

Does the issue arise without the grip?

Are you filming video or capturing stills?

What lens(es) are you using?  Is the issue lens specific?
