Canon R1 need three shooting speeds (with two back buttons)

I would like to use three shutter speeds which shooting birds.

I have configured the AF ON button to shoot the set speed (which is H) and have set it to shift to H+ when fully depressed by using the AF-ON3 case with Switch ES to H+. This gives me the two speeds I need. I would use H for large / slow moving birds and H+ for fast action.

For stationary or almost stationary birds I would like to use the Slow Shutter Speed. I would like to do this by using the "*" back button. I tried to shift to the slower speed by using the ES option again to go down to slow. (I tried doing this with additional MnF2 for the recall) But the ES functions seems to work common for different buttons as such the fully depressed AF-ON also switches to the slow shutter.

Can someone please help me out with the right way to do this. Simply put, I would like the following:

1. "*" to shoot at slow speed

2. AF-ON to shoot at H speed

3. AF-ON fully depressed to shoot at H+

Can this be achieved?

I have looked extensively for a solution to this, but I don't think there is one. I looked to see if the register / recall camera settings function also could change the drive mode / speed, but unfortunately it's limited to AF and exposure settings.

Instead of assigning 3 different buttons for drive speeds, have you considered assigning one button to cycle through them? A little different, but I use the MFN button on my R6 M2 to quickly cycle thru AF areas (I mainly only use 3 of them when shooting birds).

Yes that is what I am using now. I use a button that allows me to toggle. I am trying avoid that extra step of toggling. Ideally I would like to use * for slow speed and AF-On for H and H+. I have the latter but could not get the former.
