My camera randomly wont turn off I have to remove the battery when they happens. It is super random as well.

Yes, that is possible. There is a series of events that must all be true for a camera to take a photo:
there must be enough battery power
the camera must be turned on and a valid card present and with enough space to record
lens cap off (well, you will get a black image!)
Camera must be able to achieve focus on a subject
If any of these is not true, the camera will likely not take a photo.
