Hi all,
My canon EOS M6 mark ii doesn't start when I turn it on. I tried the following :
1. Removed lens, battery, sd card, left it overnight, and put everything back together and turned on. Didn't work.
2. Removed lens, battery, sd card, left it overnight, replaced sd card and put everything back together and turned on. Didn't work.
3. Removed battery, pressed shutter button for 30 seconds, and put the battery back, and turned on. Didn't work.
4. Pushed the button near the battery lid, turned on. Didn't work.
Can anyone please advise? TIA

Hi there!
A question I'm sure will be asked is did you check the battery's charge/swap batteries out to see if the battery is the issue? This would be a good troubleshooting step!

I did. I replaced the battery. Replaced the SD card. Charging the battery before inserting. Nothing worked.

1. You wanted to test with only a battery. Always disconnect or connect accessories with the power switched off.
2. This test should be performed with no battery and power switch turned on.
3. Not sure what you mean.
