Canon 7D mark ii more than 3 HDR bracketing

Hello, 

Can some explain how I can lock the bracketing on the canon 7d mark ii? I want to set it at +/- 1 and then lock that and move the whole bracketing right to left.

You must be shooting in Manual mode.  Use {Av] or [Tv] mode.

You can press Q, move the cursor to the +/- Exposure compensation then use the roll wheel on top right to set the +/- 1 then use the big wheel in the back to move the whole thing right or left.
