Canon 60d BIG problem

Need help with 60d.
Recently discovered spots of unknown origin in the photographs. What could it be? Here is a link to a photo http://img.by/i/QzExA.jpg

 These spots are not visible while shooting video.

Probably "hot pixels"

Yeah, we have a camera now with three red pixels. It's annoying. Good luck with yours.
