I wanna use it as a webcam at 4k resolution using OBS software and what can I do to get that?

Most likely not.  In looking through the User Manual (I suggest you do the same), there's mention about streaming in one section, but it only mentions HD (1920 x 1080) at 30 fps (29.97 fps).

There are settings for HDMI resolution where the default is "Auto" that supposedly will choose an appropriate resolution to use.  But there's no explicit mention about 4K or UHD.  The only explicit resolution called out via another option is HD (1080p).

The camera can output 4K for recording movies on an external device. So I would try this.

  • Set the camera to movie mode
  • Select 4K resolution for the movie recording, this sets the output resolution for external recording
  • Change HDMI display setting to camera + HDMI
  • Connect the camera via a HDMI cable to a suitable HDMI to USB capture device
  • Plug the capture device in to your computer and set OBS to see that adapter as the input
  • Make sure to disable the power saving settings in the camera
