Can I setup BBF to C1 or C2?

I have Back Button Focus configured on my Canon EOS 50D.  Is it possible to have this configuration assigned to C1 or C2 so that I can quickly if needed go back to the focus being on the shutter release button?

Thanks

Yes, you can save any Creative Mode camera settings as a Custom Shooting Mode.  Check your manual to see what settings are saved in a 50D.

I use a 7D2.  I have C1 set like this: Center AF point enabled; One Shot Focusing Mode; Single Shot Drive Mode; Back Button Focus :Manual Shooting Mode.  This is my “Bird on a tree branch” Shooting mode.

I have C2 set like this: all AF points enabled, but the Center is the starting point; AI Servo Focusing Mode; Continuous Drive Mode; the {AF-ON] button is set to [AF-OFF]; Manual Shooting Mode.  This is my “action shooting mode.”

Notice that you can save custom programming, default exposure settings, as well as shooting, AF, and drive modes.
