Hello everyone!
i have an issue with my canon T3i: sometimes, even though the battery is full, an error message appears asking to replace the battery. It doesn't seem to be a battery issue. Usually I switches off and back on the camera and it works normally, the battery appears to be full. Plus, I tried with differents Canon batteries and SD cards. I tested those batteries and cards on an other camera T3i and it perfectly worked. It seems to be a camera issue.
Do you have any idea of what is the problem?
Thanks in advance
Adrien

Most likely a contact problem. Clean the contacts inside the battery compartment and see if it works. Or reset the camera settings to default and try again.

I'm guessing something is gumming up the contacts.
Denatured alcohol on a cotton swab will likely do the trick. The gunk should stick to the cotton swab and the alcohol will evaporate on it's own.
Use the supplied battery cap on your spare batteries when not in use. The way gunk mostly like gets into the camera is by first getting on the batteries. When you slide the battery into the compartment, it jams into those contacts.
Good luck!
