Black Bars EOS Utility Rebel T6i

I am having an issue with 2 small black bars on the left and right of my video output. I am using a rebel t6i. I have the correct Aspect Ratio of 16:9. I noticed that many people said to switch their Start/Stop selector on the Red Video instead of the camera icon, but I do not have that on my rebel.

Does anyone know what to do to fix this? Thank you!

Sounds like you're capturing in 4:3 aspect ratio.  In live view, black bars will show up over parts of the screen to denote areas outside the video.

As the screen is a 3:2 ratio, if you're in 16:9, you should see some letterboxing (bars on the top and bottom).
