Best 4gb CF card for 20D?

GIven todays improved technology, does anyone have any suggestions for the best compact flash for my beloved 20D?  What is the optimum speed?  Is there any benefit to 40mbs for a camera of this vintage?  Many thanks

Pretty much any current in-market CF will be good for your camera. I have the 30D and 80x CF serve me well even for burst shooting. So don't worry too much. But I recommend getting the 8Gb one since it's not that much more expensive.

Thanks so much!  I'd been wondering if the 20D could work with an 8gb card.  Also, it seems prudent to use 2 cards rather than have just one point of failure.  That said, I've never had a card fail.  I appreciate your advice.  As the availability of 4GB CF cards seems to be limited, I'm sure you're right.
