Banding / Pattern Noise on Clothing Canon C200

I have a canon c200 my last few shoots ive realised pattern on clothing. 

Ive shot 25P with Atomos Shogun, using SDI connection so 1080 / 10 bit / 4-2-2. 

Using CLOG / Production camera 

And sigma ART series lenses. 

Can anyone tell me why these patterns are occuring ?

That type of distortion can either appear on its' own, or through too much post processing.
