The best advice I could give you is to learn how your camera works with light.
Where it's coming from... how strong it is,,, how your camera handles the contrasts between light and dark.
Your camera has a crop factor that is going to make things larger than what they appear to your naked eye, so photos taken with your 55-250 may be enlarged, or seem closer to you than what you want, so take that into account.
Others may disagree with me, but I might suggest that you get a 50mm STM f/1.8 lens. It will handle low light situations, like indoor settings such as concerts or living rooms, better than your current lenses. The 50mm is not very expensive..They only run about $120.
