Here's the lens I'm talking about.
It's a Kinoptik 5.7mm for use on a s16mm camera. I'm not sure if that's an adapter on there already or if this would ever be able to mount on an EOS device any idea?

First to receive adaptors are the lenses that are for well established brands. Yours, I fear, falls so far down the list that it might not have ever been addressed. I'm not one for wild goose chases but if I were you, I'd check those forums that are dedicated to the use of DSLRs for videography.
