80D No menu screen

My 80D is not allowing me to access the menu or any of the back screen functions.  The camera takes pictures, and I can manually adjust the ISO with the wheel, but no menu access.  I want to try a factory reset but it is not possilbe without menu access.

I tried removing the battery, changing lenses, but no luck.  The lock is not on but I did toggle that as well.  Any help is appreciated.

Greetings,

Use a fully charged battery

Remove the lens

Remove the memory card

Remove the eye cup piece from the viewfinder

Put the camera into "M" manual mode

Turn on the camera

Try pressing the menu button

Now move the LCD throughout is range, pausing at different angles/postions

If you don't see any display...  Contact Canon and arrange for repair:

That worked, until I added a lens and snapped a picture. Back to no LCD. I already contacted Canon to set up a service
