7dmk11 - Playback of photos flashing like histogram

I was doing a tutorial about using liveview and the Q button. Now I can't just look at the playback of a photo without it flashing the dark/light areas on the photo. I tried pressing the Info button a few times but it won't just let me look at the photos in a normal manner.

Disable this setting.  The factory default setting disables this feature.
