70d mirror

I have a 70D and when I turn on the camera the mirror pops up and stays up until I turn the camera off and then it returns. While its up, most functions will not work.   Any ideas?

You may have it set for Live View or Sensor Clean.

Live view seems a candidate, but I can''t out of it.

I got it. The "start stop" button next to the eyepiece got pushed over. Which put it into Live View. Thanks a bunch for the tip. I'm so glad it's not broken.
