Even in good lighting, the video quality is super grainy and looks as if it was filmed on an iPhone. I see vlogs all over YouTube that look crystal clear even in conditions that aren't very well lit. I have the lens that came with my 70D, the 18-55mm. How can I make my video look clear and professional, as if it was filmed on an actual camera?

How do you know that you have "good lighting"? Do you get noisy videos when you shoot outside on a bright sunny day? What are the exposure settings that are used for your videos?
The most likely cause for grainy, or noisy, images is a high ISO value. High ISO values are used under low light conditions.
