60D - When shooting an Image or Video light in the background flashes black then back to light.

As mentioned above, the image in the LCD, if light is present in the background it continuously flashes from light to black, just as if it was flashing form black to white. I don't know whether its a setting or theres a problem internally.

It might be the Highlight Warning "Blinkies". Check menu/owners manual for a on/off for Highlight Warning.
