Hi,
andybody knows how to turn off lv display on camera during tethered lv shoot?
It seems that it makes no sense to have it on and wate battery, since image is already on computer-there was an option on 5d mark 2 but I cant seem to find one on 5d mark 4.
Thanks,
M

Hi, M!
To date, we've made two cameras with the "Mark IV" designation, specifically the EOS-1D Mark IV and the EOS 5D Mark IV. So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon camera model you're using. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, search our knowledge base or contact our US-based technical support team at http://canon.us/SupportCF
Thanks and have a great day!

Hello marko12,
There is a button on the back of the camera that is marked <Info>. If you press that button it will change the display on the LCD panel with each button press.

Just tap the “info” button. Each time you tap it, the camera cycles through a different thing that it can display. But ONE of the choices... is to display nothing (the display goes dark). It will still work if you press the “menu” button, but it wont stay on for anything else.
